a very impromptu art show

I frequent a wine bar called Zza's in Oakland.. and when I say frequent I mean I practically live there. The staff have turned into close friends of mine. Last night I got a text from the owner asking me if I was around the area.. curious I ended up calling her and seeing what was up. Turns out there was a misunderstanding with the curator and next artist to show. There was no art on their walls and they weren't happy about it. The owner being a fan of my work as purchased a lot of my work in the past. They ended up hanging my work on the walls and asked me if I had any extra. I stopped by and gave them what I had.
The show hangs until Monday.. short and sweet.

I love when stuff like this happens.
